We don’t expect you to always be home when our techs come to your home and we want to give you the peace of mind that our work is being done even if you aren’t there to witness it. In order to do that for you, we have set up a system to where our techs will always send a post-service email that notifies you when the service has been completed, what was done, and your pool water’s chemical readings. If necessary, pictures will be included as well. It’s a priority of ours to keep communication with our customers open and honest at all times and we will always answer any questions you may have regarding our service and your pool.
